Rosa Mexicano & Alex's Lemonade Stand

Seaport's Rosa Mexicano is now offering a cooling treat inspired by their recently launched partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. ALSF strives to increase awareness of childhood cancer and raise funds for finding a cure for all childhood cancers.

Rosa Mexicano pastry chef Jai Kendall has crafted the Gelatina de Limonada (Lemonade Jello): Horchata-lemonade "jello", meyer lemon-basil marmalade with raspberry-rose granita. This sweet and refreshing flan-like treat “tastes like a creamy raspberry lemonade” and will be available for $8 through August.
