Cocktails and Lobster at Summer Winter

For the month of August, Burlington's finest, Summer Winter, will pay homage to 'summer' with a special menu of $10 Bumper Cocktails from bartender Drew Jordan (we promise there will be no talk about winter).

Utilizing the best of what is currently growing in the on-premise, four season greenhouse, guests can enjoy these three special cocktails:

Cucumber Caipirinha Fizz: greenhouse Japanese and lemon cucumbers and greenhouse limes mixed with Leblon Cacha├ža and topped with soda water

The Garden Harvest: greenhouse herbs including lavender, apple mint, and pineapple sage muddled with fresh lemons and limes and mixed with raspberry vodka, shaken and strained 

Bully Boy Lemonade:  fresh greenhouse lemons, lemon balm and lemon verbena shaken with citrus vodka and Bully Boy whiskey and served over ice in a tall glass
