Next summer Chef LaCount will be taking part in a cruise packaged with private cooking instructions aboard the luxurious "Marina" of Oceania Cruises. This 12 day luxury voyage will depart from London on July 29, 2011 and will make stops in London, Amsterdam, Bruge, Paris, St. Peter Port, Saint-Malo, Lorient, Bordeaux, Biarritz, and Santander.

Steve LaCount, Chef~Owner of Chiara in Westwood will be one of the chef-instructors aboard this particular trip along with Chef Raymond Ost of Sandrine's Bistro in Cambridge. The ship's cuisine in all of their restaurants is outstanding and Oceania's dining is guided by the legendary Jacques Pepin.
