Last night was our official kick off to "a taste of" dinner series. We celebrated at Radius lounge with Bacardi Cocktails and Radius bites...Dinner was at 7pm and was fabulous!! Executive Chef Mathew Audette put together a fantasy menu consisting of 3 apps 3 entrees & 3 desserts! The refreshing new pre fixe was a definite crowd pleaser!

First course:
a trio of Ahi Tuna Tartare/Maine Crab Salad & Chilled Corn Soup
Main Course:
a trio of Loup de Mer/Duo of Muscovy & Slow Roasted Rib Eye
Desset:
a trio of Goat Cheese & Huckleberry Cheesecake/ Peach Melba
& a Dark Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Candy Bar
