606 Congress Head To Tail Fin Dinner

606 Congress, located in South Boston's waterfront district, is known for cooking up both delicious and sustainable cuisine. In keeping with their reputation, Executive Chef Richard Garcia will offer diners a 7-course, sustainably-caught seafood dinner on Thursday, October 13th. Featured dishes include Yellowfin Tuna Marrow Tartare with fresh wasabi and nori cracker and Deep Fried Cod Tongue & Cheek with smoked cod roe sauce. 

Each course will be paired with wines by Jorge Ordonez of Fine Estates from Spain.
