The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce recognized Flour Bakery owner Joanne Chang for 'small business of the year' awards. The chamber also recognized her as “entrepreneur of the year.” She started Flour Bakery and Cafe in the South End and has since expanded to the Fort Point Channel and Cambridge. She also runs Chang Myers with her husband, Christopher Myers.
